you need to teach him how to use the toliet standing up not sitting down and tell him to hold it softly and point it in the toilet as best he can i remember with my little boy its so difficult for them at that age im afraid that practice makes perfect and he will get it in the end just make sure that every time he uses the toilet you help him and before you know it he will be fine

A ping pong ball in the loo at home might help to encourage his aiming technique! Making a game out of it might help till he's got it sussed. Never tried it with my boys but read about it (the ping pong will not flush away so it says!) Don't worry about trying to get a male role model to show him. All you need to do is show him how to hold it out himself and a wee shake and bob's your uncle! At the end of the day, it's been you that's trained him so far, so I am sure the next step will be very easy. If he can pee into your toilet at home then he can pee into a urinal.

Embarrassment is a somewhat minor problem whilst in comparison with the somewhat complication-unfastened "Bashful Bladder Syndrome" in which you at the instant can't urinate in any respect in business enterprise. it is the worst with long troughs. the guy urinals are in many cases no problem; only stand close. opportunities are high, you have not something to experience embarrassment approximately. no one particularly cares concerning the dimensions of a flaccid penis. even once you're making use of it for some thing extra relaxing than wetting down the urinal, technique trumps length any day.

Urinals are stupid things for a small boy to use of course he is going to wet himself, tell him to use the loo. Or if he insists get a male to show him how to do it at home in the toilet or against a tree for practice.

I'm going through the same problem with my 3 and 1/2 yr old at preschool, you are not alone. try putting cherrios, fruit loops, applejacksin the toilet, which will float and tell him to put the fire out.

Cheerios floating in the toilet make good, cheap targets. Put 3 in & if he can hit them, give him a prize.
