Strange question...where are you from, how much do you travel and what is your normal working & living environment? Are you one of those people that sees somebody getting ripped off and feels the need to intervene, or stop and stare...can you mind your own business? Even the way you dress, carry yourself and jewelry you wear tells a story. Yes, a lot of the people in say Rio are poor and underpriveleged and still others are terrifically wealthy; but I was there for Carnival 2004, and I had a blast for a week! Then again, I grew up in New York, so nothing much surprises me...good luck!

it is nice to realize that diverse places require diverse behaviors. while you're on the workplace permit's say and you sense like tripping somebody who insulted you, it is extra perfect to refrain. each and every so often it is excellent to not permit the guy understand which you're indignant in simple terms attempt to avert it next time. yet once you're in a miles less stable placing, you're completely fantastic in telling the guy which you now not opt to talk to him/her and walk away. see? relies upon the place you're at. it is fantastic positioned on a bikini at sea coast, be topless at nudity sea coast, and yet positioned on an entire shirt in a swanky eating place.
