I'd probably go with 3 - 4 minutes for in-town driving and 1.5 - 2 for highway driving. Town driving is actually much harder on a turbo than highway driving unless you're REALLY pushing it hard on the highway. The turbo tends to loaf at highway speeds but gets quite a workout in stop-and-go town driving.

minute and half out of town 3 minutes that's what mine is.
