Spaghetti is the easiest. Or you can try getting a cooking tray you can put in the oven. Start off by cutting some veggies such as carrots cellery and potatoes and then get some chicken and put some spices on it which ever one you prefer. I like salt and pepper and put it all in the tray and cook it.

pork ribs are less forgiving if overcooked. However they are meatier and a more mild flavor than beef. I prefer beef, but am unable to get any beef ribs that haven't been skinned to the bone. Thus very little meat left on them. I wish I knew where I could get some. Even the meat departments in the stores aren't any help.

Pasta or stir fry with some chicken. By a sauce from the supermarket that will make it tasty and look like a lot of work has gone into it. You'll find useful tips on the packaging of the sauces. You can by and chop in some fresh veges, like capsicums or cauliflower to make it look more authentic (boil them first).
Good luck and enjoy!

cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
brown rice (instant)
1 can olives, sliced and drained
1 can water chesnuts, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes with juice
chicken broth
make sure the liquid amount of combined stewed tomato juice and broth equals how much liquid is needed to cook rice. Mix everything together in a casserole dish and bake until rice is done, at about 350. Dinner is served!!!

use more of a merinations like; lemon juice, vinegar mixed with other spices and seafood, meat, chicken could be cooked in less then 45 minutes. simple go more on row or half cooked vegetables that's more healthy too.

Seafood. Looks classy enough. Just add on to pasta or noodles, or baked rice.
