how could i get out itchy inside my ears?

Have the Dr clean the ear wax out, they will irrigate it with warm water and it breaks up the wax.. Wax builds up and will make your ear itch and get irritated.

Use water only to clean your ears
Try a little vasoline applied with a cotton swab.
