read books that you enjoyed in your own language in english also watch tv that can help. go to fetes and/or markets and you might find people who sell thing from your own country they might know of a community. also read books that can help you don't have to take english classes but it might help. also keep writing on this site and others may help you.

for the record the correct sentence would be:
I don't have a question, but I would like to speak english more fluently (better).

Talk to someone who knows english quite well and you will improve. Reading storybooks help too. Read books with good language and vocabulary will be better. Recommended books: Little Women by Louisa May Alcott.
