Your question is unclear.
From time to time people are arrested in error. Often the USA authorities make stupid mistakes in warrants for arrest -- listing the wrong person, etc.
This usually becomes clear very quickly. And if an action is not illegal on both sides of the border, you can not be extradited anyway.
And if you aren't talking about a US arrest warrant: well, the RCMP have tarnished their reputation lately. It's as if Sergeant Preston of the Yukon had never existed, nor his faithful Husky dog Yukon King either.
Good luck.
ADDENDUM; Abby, sadly typical of nonprofessional Answerers in Y!, at least in legal categories, didn't read the question. The questioner wasn't convicted of anything. In democracies, other than the USA anyway -- under Bush's new anti-Constitution abolish-habeas-corpus law, the most cynical law I have ever seen in a so-called democratic country.
But what do I know.

I have been in telemarketing & it is a rought business. Some times you are asked to lie to make a sale. If what you were doing is fraud Cooperate with the police & help them catch the bosses. .The front people do not get caught because they stay away from the action & just cash the checks. So far every thing I have done in telemarking has been lawful but on the boarderline.

Without knowing any further details, Canada has very strict laws around privacy and personal information. If in anyway you have violated those laws by way of collection and unauthorized distribution of information, that would be your problem..

If you feel you had not committed a crime, but the court found you guilty, then you can always appeal your case (up to the last appeal court, depending on your level of charge).
