Arthritis is not like headaches, that you take an oral pain killer and it’s gone. This is a problem that prolongs indefinitely, hence, taking oral pain killers regularly would be like taking self killers.

All the oral pain killers that are used for joint pains are harmful for lever and kidneys. Over dose or prolonged use of them may damage these vital organs.

Sprays, balms and lotions are abundantly available in medical shops. The sprays that are used by sports persons would reduce pain effectively. There are some heating pads available for reducing pains.

I have used soft kneecaps… by wearing them in day time; they will maintain the body temperature at a constant level and reduce the pain. I felt good relief after wearing it for a couple of weeks. These have to be put-on throughout the winters. I repeat… you must use only soft kneecaps that do not affect blood flow…

I would summarize that oral pain killers should not be taken on regular basis. External application of pain relievers or kneecap type of gadgets should be tried, however, in addition to doctor’s prescriptions for cure.

All the very best

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Man did! To get Rheumatoid all one has to do is use oils other than Olive oil and it comes! I found a news report that said this, and removed oil from ny hub.s meals, his server Arthritis was soon gone! (The kosher diet also requires people to Not use any oils other than olive oil! No fats either.) I had Os. Arthritis. I went to a Chiropractor and it was soon gone! Drug companies can NOT make money on anything with 100% natural cures, so they convince people to want their drugs instead and want them in pains! Are you aware a 100% all natural cure for ALL CANCERs was discovered in the 1940s?! Or that another ALL NAtural Cure for all Cancers with a 97% cure also is real? This report (on the Internet) even includes that after it was discovered, the drug companies paid Congress off to make a Law that say it is Illegal to say the word "cure" unless used with a drug!? The First Amendment really stops it!

I feel your pain. I have arthritis as well. After being told by my doctor to take 2 extra strength tylenol 4 times a day, I tried Advil Extra Strength. I won't take the tylenol because your liver does not absorb it and eventually causes liver damage. The Advil is the ONLY thing that has taken the edge off. As well, you should exercise the affected areas so they don't get stiff. Good luck and I hope you have a painfree day!

My mother is a tough woman and never wants to take any kind of pills, but she has rheumatoid arthritis and in the last few years her fingers really hurt. If she hits them on something she about cries. She takes Aleve and nothing else and it cures her pain really well she says. She was given stuff from the Arthritis doctor but she says Aleve works better and is cheaper. Good Luck and God Bless.

Aspirin (ASA, or acetylsalicylic acid) is a common arthritis remedy. If you can't take ASA, acetaminophen (Tylenol) is another.
