The angel Gabriel called Mary, "Full of grace" and said, "The Lord is with you."
It is the presence of the Holy Spirit which makes Mary holy.
It is the same presence of the Holy Spirit which makes all of God's people holy.
With love in Christ.

Who said that we are all Holy? You are not holy until you know the truth, and that is given by Jesus. Holy means to be set apart for God.

God makes people holy. It is through him choosing the right people makes them holy in his sight. People who say "I am holy!" are not really because along with holiness comes many other traits and being big-headed about being holy is not one of them.
Those that are truly holy in gods eyes do not dress up in fancy clothes, do not lie through their teeth and do not confuse people about the truth of Gods word. Those holy ones of god are chosen because of their abilities to do god's will and to do it in a self-sacrificing spirit, along with love. Anyone who professes to be holy and then enjoys the money-kickbacks from their local church ain't holy.

The 'I Am' , "the great Architect of the Universe' , 'Jehovah of Armies', told his chosen people the Israelites that they ' must be holy' because he is holy. It has to do with righteoussness and cleanliness both physical, spiritually and moral.( the israelites lost their favoured position as god's chosen people)

Holy means 'set apart', for God, to be like him, not like the world. The only thing that makes us Holy is our acceptance of Jesus, it's only through his sacrifice that we are made holy

The only thing that makes people holy is the presence of the Holy Spirit (grace) in their soul.
"By their fruits ye shall know them."

If someone appears to have gained a higher level of spiritual understanding than the rest of us. If they are seen to pray alot, that helps.
