I think I have it, the space under my sack but before my bunghole itches and is a bit scaley.

I have had it for about a month now, only just recently realized what it was. What can I buy to fix it, and how long will it take, thanks!

MC has the right answer but I suggest you go to webmd.com and check it out. There might be something that will work a little quicker than baby powder. But you need to keep the area dry, try boxers for a few days if you normally wear briefs and the baby powder. There's also a medicated powder out there that might help, too.

Go to the chemist. He/she will sell you some cream -- whatever brand they sell in your area. Shower, dry thoroughly with a clean towel, rub the cream on the family jewels. Put on clean dry underwear. Do that everyday for about 1 week. Bye bye nasty itch.

There is a simple remedy, you wont need to apply anything there. When you take a dump, wash it off instead of wiping it off. After urination, wash it off.

you dont mention where you live, if you have it it is a ***** to get rid off, will take years, believe me I had it, if you live in south east asia, try to find bioderm or tridem, that will get it under control, but prepare to use that stuff for years to come.
