If you are talking to a friend or someone you know well:
Singular:
¿Es tu libro?
Plural:
¿Son tus libros?
If you need to be more formal:
Singular:
¿Es su libro?
Plural:
¿Son sus libros?

¿Es ése tu libro? (Singular)
¿Son esos tus libros? (plural).
Just the word order of English, so no problem.
"¿Ãse es tu libro?" is correct as well, but it sounds a bit weird

"Es esto tu libro?" (Informal; to a relative, friend, or anyone else you know VERY well)
"Es esto su libro?" (Formal; to someone you don't know, an elderly person, and an authority figure)
