I always use Yahoo Calendar! It synchronizes with Outlook pretty good...

you can set a email reminder and pop-up reminder(alert) , can even have an sms message sent to cell phone

Something else to think of -- Yahoo Widgets!

You can get a widget for the calendar - and figure everything on desktop then upload... (that is what I understand- I have been doing it and love it!)

Have a look at Calendar Magic, http://www.stokepoges.plus.com/calendar.htm

it has lots of Scientific, Geometry, Factor and Expression calculators as well as Global distances, Sun and Moon Data, a Pregnancy Calculator, Time Data and Alarm clocks as well as an extremely comprehensive range of Calendars in about 27 different formats from Afghanistan to Vietnamese, including Chinese and Hindu.
