There's nothing bad about how much you love your dog, I am a big big dog lover and i have a little yorkshire terrier 1 yr old even tho he's a little so and so sometimes I love him sooooo much and hate to think of life without him me and my bf say it's like havin a baby because they are so so much more than a dog they are part of your family. A dog can be your best friend with all the cuddles and love they give you...there's nothing wrong with that at all. take care and be happy with your pooch :-)

Don't blame you, I much prefer animals to humans any day, they accept you for who you are no matter what you look like, if I'm totally honest I don't have much time for society, the worlds gone mad, as a species we are disgraceful, I have more respect for my pets a hundred times over than of most people, its really difficult when your pet dies though, some people think you are mad for getting so upset over a pet that has passed away but these types of people are igorant. Good for you for being so honest, believe me you are not the only one to think this way, some people just don't have the guts to admit it.

I don't think that''s bad at all.....dogs become part of the family. There is an ongoing joke in my family because my brothers wife recently had a baby and they all say to me that my Jack Russell is my baby....I love him just as much as anyone else

its not wrong at all, she has become your companion.. a friend.. almost a family member. Pets are loyal and loving, unquestioning and able to releive our stresses without us realising it. Your pet knows you so well, and you are both very lucky to be so close.

people who dont understand that havent been so lucky.

Yes, it will hurt when the time comes for her to pass over, but thats inevitable. Enjoy what you have now. Thats the price we all payfor love, but much better to have it...

I love my little pup more than life itself. Sad, but true. And he's a spoiled little ingrate at that, but I absolutely adore him. I'm one of those freaks, when watching movies, I don't care if the humans die, as long as the doggies live.

You obviously have no children. I love my dog, Shih Tzu, she's the greatest. Could I compare her to my parents? That's a question that ends with no. Could I compare her to my daughter, not even a question!

As long as it isn't a unhealthy love for her. It's not a problem. My puppy is 15 years old now. My baby. I want her cloned.
