i know the rule to evolution is that with change int he enviroment comecs evolution. but we as humans change the enviroment to suit us thus we stopped evolving...........but maybe with computer we'll develope an extra finger on each hand or something. so my question to you is: are humans done evolving?
i dont think so becuase we dont need our last molars and more people are being born with out the last set of molars...........is that evidence of evolution?

i honestly believe that humans have stopped evolving because survival of the fittest is no longer the rule. it's a shame, but i believe it is reality.

You have it all wrong. The definition of Evolution is: adaptations over time. All an adaptation is, is something that an organism does to make it easier or more efficient to live in the particular environment. With this said, did you not get potty trained, is that not an adaptation? Humans are evolving every minute of everyday, you go through school to learn, does learning not make it easier to live? Is this not evolution; an adaptation over time. Evolution is in everyday life, but some how is overlooked. Hell, to be truthful, if you believe in God and the Bible, it proves evolution to an extent. No where does it say god made the African American, they evolved or adapted from an environment overwhelmed by sun, where having darker skin made life better. Take a couple minutes and think, hell, by exploring a topic from a new angle is part of evolution. EVOLUTION IS LITERALLY IN EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE! Evolution will never stop, for any species, anywhere.
And for the physical evolution, I do not believe we are done. But I suppose this would be based on religious beliefs. But to think we are perfect in 1 way or another is simple arrogance and ignorance.

As far as we can tell, yes. No population of people makes perfect copies of the parents - just shuffling existing gene combinations about without any changes being made - so the 'gene pool' is changing slightly all the time. Environmental factors which tend to select for a particular characteristic or set of characteristics in preference to another, still exist; though the environment may be modified by social factors.

In another few generations time, even without direct intervention in selecting particular genetic traits or deliberate modification on a large scale, people will be different.

Humans were created in complete form by God. The theory of evolution of Man from a lower grade being is a mere academic exercise. Any "addition to or subtraction from" the human form is due to a malformation of the foetus as a result a number of man-made factors, not due to evolution. People can only evolve in attitude, civilization, size and other attributes.

Evolution never stops. I'm sure we've effected the ways in which we will evolve, but you can't stop evolution.

Riiiight........ people are also having miscarriages... is this because we no longer need babies because we have evolved to where we don't need them anymore?

Do some genetics research, probably a dominant/recessive allelle.
