The question is What isn't good with sour cream? I use it on fruit. Strawberries dipped first in sour cream and then in brown sugar are extremely yummy. I use it in meat dishes like beef stroganoff or chicken in sour cream sauce. I use it for all kinds of dips (blue cheese, onion, spinach, artichoke, tuna, etc.). It is good on potato pancakes with a spoonfull of caviar. You can use it in cakes, in mashed potatoes, in sauces, in soups (like borscht), the sky is the limit!

Sour cream is good on baked potato's or mixed with Lipton's onion mix soup for an awesome chip dip.

You can cut up fresh cucumber,carrots any fresh veggie specially broccoli and then add some seasoning in the sour cream like fresh dill,coriander and some lemon and salt and you have a yummy dip for snack!
