real friends wouldnt care who you go out with....

Think about it. Must the two options be mutually exclusive?
There's no reason why you cannot go out with the girl you supposedly truly love and not have any friends, or not make any new friends.
Could it be that the girl you like does not like you to hang around your friends and wants you to be with her 24/7? If so, this can be done for the first few months but it gets really unhealthy emotionally. The world shrinks to encompass only you and her. You see nothing, learn nothing and conversation topics dry up.
If this is the reason why you said you cannot have friends if you get attached with her I suggest you pluck up your courage and have a talk with her about this. Say maybe you two can have four or five days together and the rest is strictly family/friends day.
If she agrees, then happy day! you have a solution! If not, are you sure you want to be with someone as possessive as that? Someone whose world revolves solely around you (sounds flattering but at the same time, quite a bit of a psycho isn't it)? Do you love her enough to make this sacrifice?
Chances are, I think you are better off with another person. But that's my opinion. Still, please don't "go out" with other girls which you don't really care for, just for the sake of wanting someone by your side ok?

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

I think going with who you love and not with someone you dont even like for friends is the better choice, that way your true to yourself and who you love, the other way youre just a fake to everyone.

Not as simple as it sounds! Look into why your friends don't like her? Be open to what they have to say. Sometimes our friends see things we don't. Are your friends just jealous because you are spending time that doesn't include them? And how does she feel about them? If she doesn't like them, she may be putting out negative vibes and that would tell you why your friends don't like her. But if you are important to both, then things will work out!
