i got thru in all interview include the final interview wth the GM and they offer me the job...and there was a medical checkup for me before yesterday.Everything is ok with me but im little underweight..im going to submit my medical reports 2mrw and they wants me to join on day after 2mrw.im just suspecting weather i will be rejected coz of underweight.im selected for the post of Administration Assistant.my age is 21 and im 36Kg's only.will i get the job or will i be rejected.? im confused.pls someone answer me

Since your job profile doesn't include any physical work, i don't think it should be a problem unless its written clearly in the company's policy. If not, you can file for job discrimination. My personnel opinion is that, "a person's ability shouldn't be judged by his weight rather it should be judge by the way he/she performs.I hope you get the job, best of luck.

When you start trying to anticipate the future, you lose touch with reality. Quit worrying. Unless your job involves carrying large heavy objects, your weight is not relevant. Relax and celebrate. You are already hired.
