I dyed my hair yesterday and it turned out darker than I would have liked. I want to redo it but with a lighter colour. Will it work out or not without ruining the colour?

I would go to a professional they can take care of it without damaging your hair too much

effectively 3 to 4 weeks for the date of your final dye. inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, as consistent dyeing could injury the priority of your hair, be effective to do some moisturising treatment on your hair a million week thereafter your dye. That way, your hair will seem gentle, healthful and the hair color will stand out greater desirable.

what is ur naturel color? u know ur God given color lol. and how dark is the color at this time? if its black! leave it alone and use tide to shampoo it, just once it well strip the color some and use a clairifying shampoo this well be hard for u to do ur self i well tell u that. i know becouse i'm a 18yr color tech/stylist i'v been striping black hair for yrs u really need to find someone who knows what there doin and get it done profeccely and it well cost and take time. if its just a dark brown use tide once and a clairifying shampoo everyday for a week and see what it does, this would be easier if i knew what color it is now lol if ur on line get back to me or im me yahoo messanger, or e-mail me first at miya_jordi_laela@yahoo.com and i can talk u threw this i would be glad to help u ok? susan

you should go to a salon and ask them about it they could even do it for you...me personally i don't think it matters how long cause once my sister was dying her hair and it was wayyy darker than she wanted it so she dyed it again the next day and it came out just fine her hair wasn't damaged or anything and the dye fixed it. so yeah i dont think it matters...or you could leave it in and just let it fade if you don't want to dye it again...plus hair always grows back

it is not about gettin the bad color. it is about health. it is not healthy doing that. i heard you can get cancer if u dye within a period of time. i mean i did it before but i was frostin. just read the warning labels.
