yes u can. transplanted hair is real hair. but even real hair u need to take care of and don't over bleach or over process use good shampoos and condition redken and framesi are excellent products to use. hope this helped.

you can but if you have just got transplantation done be careful. Also avoid colours with harmful chemical.
try to use natural colourings like heena and don't overdo it.
best is to consult your doctor before doing anything.
