Tuna Noodle Casserole

1lb. pasta of your choice (shells and elbow mac work best)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 onion, diced and sauteed
1 can peas
1 can tuna (2 cans if you prefer)
salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken (or cream of mush if you prefer)
4 oz. cheese (american or cheddar)
1/4 cup milk

Boil pasta. Drain. Return to cooking pot. Add mayo, onions, tuna & peas. Cook sauce ingredients in a separate saucepan over medium heat. When sauce ingredients are combined and melted, add sauce to tuna mixture. Season to taste.

Don't be afraid to get creative with ingredients...in the tuna mix or the sauce. If it tastes good to you, it will taste good in the casserole. :)
