I just got it, is it from dandrif cause at 1st it was peeling, or maybe a sun bun.

if you have a patch of hair that is different (lighter colored) than the rest of your hair, it is a form of birthmark. this is caused by the skin under your hair containing less melanin than in the surrounding area.

It is either a natural birthmark, or it could be a place on your scalp that is lacking pigmentation. If it's not causing you any discomfort...other than making you curious, it's no big deal.
