Ok ... she prefers a "fairytale look"! Motif is yellow! What else? Ahmm, wedding ceremony will be held in a Catholic Church reception follows in a garden hotel.

Find out what her fantasy wedding is. Everyone has a different vision in their mind. Once you get the specifics from her (whether it's all white, a fairytale look, a nature look, etc) add a comment to this answer. I think theme weddings take too much time and money. You are too busy focusing on a certain theme that you do not want to change anything, not even a color or pattern. So you have your mind set on something specific that you are not open to anything else/
You can always search at disney weddings, they have themed but pricey weddings.

I think once you have your place booked, and you pick invitations, party favors, etc. it will all fall into place.
If you have a color; yellow...that is the start :) My brother just got married with a yellow colored theme...more banana yellow with flowers, menus, everything the same color....

This can only really be set up by you two. Depends on what you both like and if you want it indoors or outdoors. Depends on the colors you want and the setting. You want candles or room lighting or natural lighting at your wedding? How many people? simple or extravagant? You want lots of flowers or ribbons?

Both you you need to look into your hearts and make your wedding a reflection of your love...a theme is so unimportant.
