No i dont think its so great. It is supposed to a tough one to pirate but its not so different from win xp. This is because, you can install crystal packs on win xp to make it look and feel like vista.

All MS has done in vista is put together a few GUI packs so as to fool the user into thinking how different it look! but most of the functionalities are the same.

I downloaded the vista inspirat pack frm crystalxp.net and its just like vista :)

Heard through the grape vine...

Although Vista will be the most stable & secure operating system offered by Microsoft - it will also have the most copyright protection system intergrated within it. So for all you out there that "accidentally" burnt yourself a copy of a CD/DVD that was copyrighted - you will NOT be able to play it in a computer that has Vista's new anti-piracy security embedded deep inside.

Anyhow, it won't bother me - I don't do anything illegal.
