My kids are old enough to know Santa is fake. However since the roll of Santa is to give out gifts on Christmas, that would be me and my husband.

Who plays god in my house? NO one cause god is not in my house no one in my house believes in god. No I did not force my kids to believe that. I let them learn about all religions and they decided for their self.

Usually I answer with intelligence and dignity, but I am so inclined to answer this way to you---- You have completely fallen off your rocker!!!

People can never play God. True believers know this is blasphemy, a deadly sin. People that think they are better than God might tend to 'play god' to themselves and to others. These are unfaithful people or the group of unbelievers. Your question is full of poo. Every single adult knows that Santa is a myth. Actually, Santa is a story stemming from St. Nicholas and the word English 'saint' is from the Latin word 'santo', later formed into the word 'santa'. But I figure you aren't interested in the truth here.

Can you give me a break already? How much guilt can I swallow in one lifetime?

I'm guilty of the Santa lie.....(I was just doing what I was taught okay?). I realize the error.....however.....could you give me a bit more time to give up my belief in God? I gave up Christianity.... but can I hold onto my belief in a Higher Power just a bit longer? Thank you for your patience.
