Then if you gave me a bad reason then I'd stop loving you. It is neither good or bad it just is. I do not need a reason I just do. So, if I didn't inherit salvation through good works how can I lose something I never earned through bad works? Do you love with no strings attached? With no intended outcome?

The word Jesus used for love in the (Greek) New Testament was "Agape" (pronounce "Ahh-gahh-Pay"). It literally means "unconditional, brotherly love".
It's a warm, "welcome home" kinda love. He's got it for ya, too.
As for "works", he wants you to:
1. Live up to your full potential living a Godly life.
2. Do good things for people
3. Be a good person inside
Numbers 2 and 3 are very important, because you have to do BOTH (it says so in the Bible, naturally).
Remember the love is unconditional, but he's letting you make your own decisions.

In any relationship whether girl/boy friends, defacto's or in marriage, there is always one that loves the other more. As a result the person who loves more is left carrying the torch and needs to accept the fact that it is over and move on with their life. It is no good becoming bitter and twisted, or expecting a Reason why, or getting revenge.
It is over, lick ya wounds and move on.

u dont need reason to love someone although there are reasons not to hate but dislike the attitude of an individual. if someone tries to frustrate me, i beleive in endurance and patience.
