He is one year senior to me.he is smart and cute & I too have a crush on him he will just keep on looking at me but he never utters a word . His friends used to look at him & kid him when i pass by them ,he is my neighbour too.when i walk along with my friends he used to pass me up and go far away and he used to turn back again and again & smile at me.

I would think he likes you and wants to ask you out but is just to nervous. If you like hime you should go up to him and start up a conversation just to let him know that you would at least like to be friends and once the water is broke he may ask you out. It may take a while of talking to him for him to realize that you like him, so give it some time. I am not saying to ask him out that is his job i am just saying strike up a conversation. If he has never dated before or has asked agirl out before and been rejected it might be really hard for him to get up his nerve to ask you. When I was in junior high and high school I was the shyest person in the world. I had the biggest crush on this girl and she knew it and I think if I would have ask her out on a date she would have gone we always went out and did stuff together but I was really nervous and never asked and have always regreted it. So what I am trying to say is I can see where his behavior could be confusing but try to put yourself in his shoes and think of how hard it would be to put yourself out on the line and tell him that you like hime and would like to go out and do something somtime and know that theres a possibility of him saying no. To me that was terrifying. I know how hard it is to wait on him to ask I have a sister who is 22 and has been waiting for a long time and can tell that it is really aggrevating that here you like this guy and you cannot tell if hel like you or not. Remember the guy could just be wondering if you like him or not you might be able to get some of your friends to have aconversation near him so he can hear them talk about how you like him. This way you are not initiating the relationship and know he really likes you it not just a thing of convenience since he still has to get up the nerve to ask you.
