I'm just curious! I think as girls, we all get that a lot from time to time...would be interesting to know what goes on in guys' minds!

A LOT of things. First we stare because our eyes are programmed to find things that appeal to us in a sexual way, and no, no man can help it. Second, we think about sex, yes, but also about other things like, the girl smiling, or talking.
BTW, I've seen some girls stare like nonother at friends of mine.

you really want to know well by that time when you notice we have already assessed you smile or face and decided to go on. So be flattered unless your back was turned. Be not flattered if when you turned and noticed a stare then saw your face and immediately wandered off.
We all have what in our mind is the ideal, from a past relationsahip usually or perhaps froma magazine picture or a movie some visual stimuli which you are during the stare. Some wory about being polite but none of us really want to bother with that. We notice the clothes but not for style but for how well it show cases what is inside. We notice how the clothes adhere and where. How the curves go together or not. If ther is VPL. If there is a bra. How it all jiggles together. How that makes us feel indide our shirt s and our pants. Fluidity of motion is noticed and nipple placement and apparent firmness. The amount of tapper and curve from knee to ankel. Make up and what it covers. Complexion and lips whether pout or pert and how the mouth opens and then you speak and the game is either on or over, unless during the talk you walk away to check something else out and then it is smoothness in gate bounce in step, the jigglt when you wiggle, the firmness and shape of all that is facing us. We all have our little expectations that are different some like big and loose some small and tight, some large and tight but none of that matters is you show no respect cuz then it becomes to get it or forget it and that is balanced against previous observations and gut feeling... i know spelling and grammer may be bad but i do know what I am thinking

It's called biology.
Guys do not actually intellectually know why they stare if you were to ask them -- but it is virtually universal and automatic.
They do it because they are biologically programmed to look for females that are of prime reproductive condition. For example:
Big firm breasts = lots of milk to ensure my offspring survives.
Nice clear complexion = good health so will likely survive childbirth.
Nice curvy figure = enough fat to provide energy to produce a baby but not so much as to put the mother's health at risk.
Red lips = good blood circulation and interest in sex.
It's just part of the biological warfare that has always gone on between the sexes. Women, of course, play their part in this perennial contest too. But, like most men, most women are not aware of their programming either.

Lets start by saying that i am married but i still look. I cant help it! Woman are beautiful. Their breasts, their eyes, their lips(Sigh). When i look at a pretty woman i cant help but stare, like you would stare at a beautiful painting or a fiery sun set. I love to watch woman walk, the gentle sway of their hips turns me on. Please don't think that because i talk this way i am some kind of pervert, I am not! I am a healthy, strapping man and i love too look at good looking woman. Short ones, tall ones, all cultures. Too look into a beautiful woman's eyes as she flashes you that wonderful smile is like...nothing else on this earth. The most disappointing thing to me about some woman are the ones that know they are beautiful and think they are better than everyone else because of it. This in my eyes makes them ugly no matter how well they are endowed. One more thing when i say Beautiful i mean Beautiful to me. In my eyes a woman doesnt have to be a swimsuit model to be Beautiful. The greatest beauty often comes from inside.

He might be curious about you. Think you are pretty, gorgeous....etc. Or stare at you because you were talking and he just paying attention to listen what you are talking about. There are many ways a guy stares at a girl......the followiings are the important ones-but staring is the first leading part.

My husband has a friend who just flat out stares...AND I MEAN stops and moves he head to keep watching as they walk by, NOTHING discreet about it!!! It is embarrassing as hell but he does it because SHE has t!ts and all the other parts a female should have. He is a complete moron, no parts missing!!
We ask him why and he simple says that he can look all he wants.
Sometimes I wish that guy were a speed bump so I could legally run him over. He is about as intelligent as one.

It obviously works.
It is contact or a contact possibility..although there are just alot of perverts around with nothing else in their brains as sex!

Theres 2 things, I am either zoned out and thinking of nothing and you just happen to be in the field of vision
or you are so gorgeous I want to look at you your curves "n" things its not sexual (well not often anyway) I'm just enjoying the female form for what it is: Beautiful

the only times i stare at a woman is when i think they are: 1)unusually attractive. 2) they remind me of someone. 3) there is something odd about them that i can't figure out quite yet.
if a woman is unusually pretty, i study the details of her face/body.
if a woman reminds me of someone , i keep looking till i figure it out. same with the odd looks. (makeup slightly off, dress crooked, etc.)
