It depends on what they are, where they are, and who the woman is. I dont think that if u look like a supermodel you should plaster yourself with tattoos. I've seen some goth and punk girls who are covered with tattoos and it looks awesome. If guys can get tons of tattoos then girls should be able too also. I love them...whether on a male or female. its a form of expression.

I have 3 tattoos, so I'd say sexy but my bf doesn't like them, he just says that tattoos don't do anything for him, I got the tattoos before i met him.
