I think that if you buy the ones that are already in tablet form from LEGITIMATE suppliers like drugstores or health shops, then it should already come in its recommended dose. Additional information should be available on the medicine package (on the container itself or some leaflet that came with it). If not, you should be able to get more dosage information from where you got it... HOWEVER, please keep in mind that before taking extra doses of any drug, talk to your physician first... actually, before taking any drug in the first place.
