My wife loves KALE soup but can't find where to buy the plant in Brisbane. Can anybody help?

Even seeds will help if it is possible to grow them.

Kale, Collard Greens and Mustard Greens are one and the same. Very slight variation. Use whichever one of the other two to substitute. Spinach will not give you the same results.

There are many varieties, but try a Chinese market as the Chinese eat kale frequently.
