Ok, so the issue you want fixed isn't the fact that he lifts his leg to urinate, but that he marks indoors? First, the problem IS that he lifts his leg, therefore displaying domiant behaviors. Unless this dog needs to be more dominant than usual housedogs (police k9 or protection, which I HIGHLY doubt), then you need to get the reigns on this guy and get back in control! Your dog should NOT be displaying such a dominant behavior if you are truely the one in control. Obedience train him, and make sure you are correctly assertive. Get a professional trainer that is experienced with large, dominant and potentially aggressive male dogs. You and your dog are in for a power struggle, but you must win. Let the dog trainer show you how to work the dog, and then repeat what the trainer does in front of him/her to make sure you have it correct. Please get this dog into training. The marking in the house should correct itself once you get the dog under your command.

He may be marking his territory. By hiking his leg, I am taking it that he pees in the house. There are ways to get dogs to stop this behavoir. But you have to be diligent about it.

Neuter him. Let him out more often. Neutering will stop his urge to keep marking his territory.

Good luck.
