What is your favorite recipe that keeps your glucose level in the ''Normal'' range?

turkey breast cooked in pieces with stir fry
veggies i use in stirfry
romaine lettuce
shredded cabbage
zucinni, onions, cooked lima beans and black beans, snow peas, baby corn,musrooms

I make this dessert for my mom and her friends:
Strawberry Shortcake

Make/mix 1 package of sugar free vanilla pudding with your type of milk (i use a fat free lactaid, lactose intolerant, but not sure how that could affect diabetes)

Store made sugar free angel food cake (cut into 1" squares)

cut up bananas and strawberrys

mix all together in big bowl and spoon sugar free cool whip on top.

For Lunch:
1 green lettuce leaf
1 lunch meat - slice (I prefer turkey or turkey-ham)
1 bell pepper - cut 3 to 4 strips
1t. mayonnaise (or salad dressing or mustard)
All of the above should be sugar free (lunch meat & mayo)
Open the lettuce leaf, spread some mayo on the lettuce leaf, put lunch meat on top of mayo and bell pepper strips on top of that roll it up and secure it with a toothpick ( I usually eat 2 of them) they are delicious and very filling.

I FOUND A PORK CHOP RECIPE YOU FRY THE CHOPS IN UNSWEETENED APPLE JUICE AND TOP W/ UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE AND BAKE IN THE OVEN!!!!!
SERIOUSLY THO ALMOST ALL MY DIABETIC RECIPES CALL FOR COOKING IN JUICES INSTEAD OF SUGARS ANDWHEAT FLOUR INSTEAD OF REGULAR FLOUR! GO TO A DRUG MANUFACTERS WEBSITE AND CHECK OUT SOME RECIPES
