I am a 28 year old female getting married in 18 months.
I need to drop at least 15kilos to get to a healthy weight for my height and build. I suffer from Chrons disease and take immuran and messalazine. I also take zoloft for depression related to illness. Please help!

anyone with chronic health problems should see a dr before starting weight loss regimen, to ensure that the actions taken will not do any more harm to your body good luck

Anti depression meds are natorius fpr weight gain...which does not help the feeling of self worthlessness. Fruits and Veggies are great for weight loss..salad can be your best friend. I have best success of cutting out the fatty meats (lean cuts only and lots of fish) the veggies are great and easy on the digestive track too. The bottom line is you have to use more calories then you take in. Good Luck!!!
