Lemonade Chicken Wings
Makes 20-24 pieces
Serve them warm with rice as a meal, or at room temperature as a snack.
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 shallots or 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 cup Newman's Own Old Fashioned Roadside Virgin Lemonade, or your favorite
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
10 to 12 chicken wings
Preheat oven to 425F.
To make the sauce: In a small saucepan, heat the oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the shallots and rosemary, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the lemonade, pepper, and salt. Simmer over low heat for 6-8 minutes, until slightly reduced and syrupy. Set aside to cool.
Cut each chicken wing into 3 parts. Cut the wings apart at the joints with heavy-duty kitchen scissors or use a sharp knife with a stiff blade, inserting the blade between the bones to cut the joint apart. Throw away the wing tips, which don't have much meat on them.

Chicken is a wonderfully versatile meat. Anyway you cook it it comes out great. Try some hot wings you need: hot sauce (La Victoria is what I like but use any kind you like), 1/2 stick of butter, 2 packages Good Seasons Salad Dressing, juice of a lime., Put all ingredients in a pot and let boil. Then remove from heat and dip the wings into the mixture place on baking sheet pouring remaining sauce over the wings. Bake in 350 oven until done. You can control the heat by using hot sauce in a milder version.

What can't you do with them would be a better question. I love hot wings so I'm gonna deep fry them for a couple of minutes (can be done in a frying pan with an inch or so of oil) to make them crispy, then I'm going to put them in a oven safe dish, pour on the hot sauce and cook them on a low temp for the next hour. Fall off the bone hot wings...yummmmm

I think hot wings are mundane. Prepare some honey sweet glaze with a soy sauce base. Then marinate your wings now until the next morning. Then, slow broil them in oven. When done, squeeze some lime juice and mix the wings with chopped cilantro. Good Luck.

put them in a pan and pour 1/2 bottle of teriyaki on them (for a large bag). Bake them for a about an hour at 400 degrees until they are done and the terihaki is sticky. Remember to stir them every 10 min to make sure they brown evenly. These wings kick ***.

Try satay.
Satay sauce ingredients:
Peanut butter
Small coconut cream
Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Sweet chilli sauce
Mix ingredients over medium-hot heat. Add ingredients until it tastes right to you (main ingredients are pb and coconut cream, the others are what gives it that satay taste). Can be used as a pour on sauce on cooked food, or as a marinade.
Serving suggestion: Cook chicken wings however you like (fry, bbq, grill, oven roast), serve with rice and stir fry vegies.
Can add baby corn into sauce if you like, it goes well.

Yeah! In a little oil.... fry until done. melt 1 stick of butter in a pan and then add one bottle of hot sauce, stir and pour over wings!
So simple and better than any crummy hot wings you get at "Snooters" or "Dillies"!

Get a cup of soup, potato, fresh veggies, baby you got a stew goin'
Seriously though just coat them in flour fry them up and put some Franks on them. or you could marinate them in some teriyaki sauce and bake em. It's not rocket science.
