I think you are asking the equivalent of 3/4 cup in grams. I don't think grams translate to cup measurements because different ingredients Will have different weights for the same size. Go to this site and look at the weight and volume charts.

Doesn't convert.

You want mililiters, not grammes.

3/4 cup = 200 ml

2 cups = 1lb = 450 grams (for butter margarine or other fats)

4 cups = 1lb = 450 grams (for flour)

1 oz = 1/4 cup = 28 grams (for flour)

1 oz = 2 tbsp (for sugar)

1 tsp = 5ml

1 tbsp = 15ml = 3tsp
