2 cups = 1lb = 450 grams (for butter margarine or other fats)

4 cups = 1lb = 450 grams (for flour)

1 oz = 1/4 cup = 28 grams (for flour)

1 oz = 2 tbsp (for sugar)

1 tsp = 5ml

1 tbsp = 15ml = 3tsp

Hopefully you can figure it out from there. Good luck. Remember sugar weighs as much as margarine and other fats so their measurments are the same. Flour is different that is why you need more cups ot get the same weight.

I think you are asking the equivalent of 1 cup in grams. I don't think grams translate to cup measurements because different ingredients Will have different weights for the same size. Go to this site and look at the weight and volume charts.

I think you mean "grams" instead of grammes. Unless "grammes" is the UK spelling or something. :)

It actually depends on what you're talking about, because different foods have different weights for different sizes. Can you be more specific?
