The math is easy. Use more energy than you consume. Easier said than done I know, but in reality that is the only way.

I'm not sure as to your exact circumstances but from experience alone, ask yourself these basic questions
1. when you work-out (run, whatever) do you read a book, go at a leisurely pace? If so the problem is that your not working out hard enough, your body has gotten accustomed to the exercise that you are doing.
2.How long are you working out for? Contrary to the bow-flex commercials 20 mins a day 3 times a week will only work if you were accustomed to an extreme sedentary life style which means you have to do more, more being longer runs, elliptical, whatever in order to burn more fat 40mins is a good starting point.
3. What are you eating? If you are doing all of the above intense workouts followed by long runs then it comes down to the diet. I'm not saying that you have to drastically change your diet but LADY LAY OFF THE CHEESECAKE!!! Instead eating cheesecake, ice-cream, muffins yes muffins have you ever looked at the back of a muffin did you know the actual serving size of that muffin your about eat is half and half being 240cal which means a whole muffin is a whopping 480calories with about 200+ from fat and just think that thing may not even fill you up. What I'm trying to say is if you eat cheesecake once a week how about instead eating it once a month instead. Follow these guidelines and you are sure to lose weight, hope I was somewhat help full.

I'm 5'2 and a half, 105 pounds. I'm a boy, but I'm only 14. I used to be fat too! I lost about 10 pounds, and now I'm the perfect weight! I'll just offer advice from my personal experience. Imagine yourself 20 to 25 pounds thinner. Imagine how good you'll look, and what people will think when they see you. "Wow, she's in great shape."

Write down everything you eat, and when you eat it. Try to eat every 2 hours. If you are up for 12 hours a day, you'll need about 1000-1200 calories to lose weight at a good pace. Try not to eat too much 2 hours before bed. If I were you, I would eat 200 calories every 2 hours. That's if you are up for 12 hours a day. If you're up for 14, 160 is more like it.

Exercise for fun! Don't just run on a treadmill. Seeing how it is fall now, you can take a wonderful nature walk for 30 minutes. This makes a TREMENDOUS difference, it really does. Drinks lots of water too! When losing weight, you lose a lot of weight in water. You will mistaken this for fat. If you go off of your diet, don't be stressed, and don't just drop the diet. You WILL go off the diet sometimes, everyone does.

-I hope this helps, if you have any questions, just ask me.

If you are a size 6/7, then why do you want to lose weight? It sounds like you have a larger frame and a lot more muscle which is why you are technically 'overweight', but your body fat is probably quite low and that is what is important. If your waist is less than 30 inches, then you probably do not need to worry. And you don't want to lose those curves! To me, it sounds like if you lost 25lb, you would be a size 0! Too skinny. If you must lose weight, please don't try to lose more than 10lb, making you around size 4/5.

Although you don't want to build muscle, weight training will increase your metabolism, in combination with lots of cardio. Also trying cutting out refined carbs and just have low GI carbs as well as lots of protein! HTH : )

Cut way back on carbs such as pasta, potatoes, rice, bread, sweets. Add fresh vegetables and fruit such as oranges, apples--bananas are pretty high in calories. Lots of salads. If you do that for a few weeks plus the exercise you do, you should lose weight quickly. I suggest writing down what you eat every day for a visual aid and don't forget what you drink. Soft drinks have a lot of calories as does beer. An occasional glass of wine is good and switch to diet soda.

First thing is first, you need to figure out what your Ideal body weight is.If you are close to your ideal weight then your body is going to have an extremely tough time losing some of the weight.

Once you figure out what the ideal is set a realistic goal. 10 lbs may be your goal or more. As long as it is realistic.

then you have to make sure you take your vitamins, and your supplements, especially protein. then just drink lots of water and make sure you exercise regularly with high reps at low weights that will help tone and tighten the muscles for that definition you ar looking for. the rest is just patience and consistency, and you are on your way. good luck i hope it all works out ok for you.

Your weight sounds nice to me. attempt no longer to sense any stress to modify your body. i'd not attempt to lose wieght extremely yet in case you favor to agency up then bypass for routines that artwork the middle incredibly than the sit down ups. Is there a spinning classification close to you? undergo in concepts that's organic to have slightly bit better fat round puberty. basically loosen up and luxuriate in your self and it would probable bypass away as you get slightly older. regularly tense about it may exacberate the region and convey about convenience ingesting or better extreme ingesting issues and self esteem themes. For all you already know your hips would properly be widespread. each and every youngster thinks there is a few thing incorrect with the way they look. As for muscular thighs thats a unprecedented aspect. basically look into Beyonce.

How can you weigh that much and not be fat what so ever? Stop kidding yourself.

If you are not losing weight you're either cheating your diet too much, not working out enough or not waiting long enough to see results.
