If asexual means without gender,and agnostic means without knowledge,does atheist mean without God?

But, the point of atheism is that they don't believe God exists. There is no double talk there. God doesn't exist to them. That's all. Plain and simple.

And agnostic doesn't mean without knowledge. Check the definition:

That would be true if you always use the literal translation of a word to define it... however since that is not the case the actual answer to your question is no. To look at it another way, you would be a-alien "without alien" if you did not believe that aliens existed... would you need to believe in aliens before you chose to think they did not exist?
