I was at wal mart last night and had to use the restroom. I went into stall #3 to do my buisness when i realize there was no toilet paper. The man in the stall next to me slid a piece of paper that said "toilet paper: $1 per sheet" under the stall. After pleading with the guy to give me 2 sheets at no charge, i started cursing loud and banging on the wall. 2 security guards took the stall door off the hinges and escorted me out of the store. could someone give me legal advice on what i can do in a situation like this ?

Let's pretend I actually believe this story. Why didn't you just wait until he left and waddle over to the next stall with your pants down and get some toilet paper. Because it would be embarassing? Would it be more or less embarassing than escorted out by security?

Next time, just use the paper he slid under the stall to wipe.

Thanks for the laugh!

Selling Tissue Paper without a permit or License in a Public/Private Outlet is also against the Law, You could sue for Violation of Privacy, and humiliation, the Punitive damages could be beneficial, your anger was initiated by this incident, however, I suggest you seek professional help, and maybe an Anger Management class, and forward all inquiries to your Attorney.
Good Luck in your Pursuit. : )

Did the security guards finally give you some paper? If not, I think you can file under the 'Cruel and Unusual Punishment' segment of our Constitution. Punishments of torture [such as drawing and quartering, emboweling alive, beheading, public dissecting, and burning alive], and all others along the same line of unnecessary cruelty, are forbidden by the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution. I think your case is right up there and deserves to be heard!

Next time either look before you sit down or reach up and grab some of the toilet seat covers and wipe with them...Or asked someone else for help....I know Wal mart restrooms are super busy so you could have asked someone else....

I hope you at least look at the seat before you sit on it....

We can only hope this guy gets his just reward by not having toilet paper in his stall for the rest of his life! Oh by the way,....my husband awakened and we are both lying in bed with tears running down our faces!!! Don't forget to tell this story to your friends.....this is classic!!!!

This a a simple solution to your problem, when this happens again (and it will) Just do what you have to do, come out of the stall and skid around on your Ar*e all over the floor.

( you Know, like dogs with worms do)

I suggest you can the lawsuit, wal-mart has enough of them as it is, and next time carry your own supply of tissue. So You can be the guy charging for the tissue istead of the guy beggin for it.
