bad circulation? i have cold feet as well alot and alot of times it is just that your feet are further away from the core of your body so the blood going there has lost some of its temp by the time it gets to your feet.

There are a number of reasons your feet might be cold. On the humorous side, it is because you don't have your socks on.
On the more serious but not life threatening side, you may have one or more of a few medical issues.
You might have poor circulation.
You could have a low metabolism. It might not be quite low enough to treat, but it might be low. If your hands are also cold, it's time to think about it.
You may have anemia.
You could be cold elsewhere, so your body is conserving heat by letting the extremeties stay cooler.
Talk to your doctor and keep an eye on your foot and hamd temperature. If you start to slow down then see your doctor.
Good luck, and take care.
