My boyfriend really doesn't want me to move in with him, but he's too chicken to tell me. Instead, he is acting like an inconsiderate jerk and I don't know what to do. He knew it was too late to change the move, so he laughed and said "I guess you're moving in". We did talk about his doubts and he said everything mean, except "don't move in". Now, he won't call or email, won't return my calls and won't answer the phone when I call. His cell phone would ring when I called, but he wouldn't answer. Then tonight, it went straight to voice mail, so he's either on it, or the phone is off. Either way, it doesn't matter. Why can't he just tell me straight up what is going on? Why avoid me now?

When something is wrong, his standard behavior is to stop talking to me. Then when we do finally talk, he always says "I didn't say it was over, so you shouldn't have thought it was". He didn't want me to believe it was over before unless he said it, so that's why I still call him my boyfriend.

HE MAY JUST WAS AFRAID OF TELLING YOU THAT HE
REALLY HAVE SOME ISSUES ABOUT MOVING WITH YOU
BUT SINCE HE HAD THOSE DOUBTS YOU SHOULD HAVE
FIRST FIND OUT FOR SURE THAT HE REALLY WANT TO
MOVE IN. NOW THINGS ARE THE WAY THEY ARE, SO
YOU NEED TO JUST MAKE A DECISION TO LEAVE IT
ALONG AND DO WHAT RIGHT FOR YOU. IT MAY MEAN
IT TIME TO LEAVE HIM ALONG. IF HE CANT BE HONEST
WITH HOW HE FEEL, YOU DO NT HAVE MUCH OF A
RELATIONSHIP.

Why are you still calling him your boyfriend. I think he is sending you a pretty clear message.

Perhaps he is not answering your calls because he thinks you will bully him into doing what you want.

Why would you want to move in with someone who you know does not want to live with you? It sounds like you have some problems and he does not want to have anything to do with you.

find out what the real issue is, sounds like games. And there's no point playing if you don't know the rules. He may be scared of the commitment or . . . . he might also know in his heart of hearts it's not meant to be and doesn't know how to gently break your heart. You deserve a straight answer regardless.

Next time you do see him sweetheart, tell him thanks for saving you a bunch of hassle. If he acts like this now, would you really want to be with him? Don't worry, you sound like the kind of woman a guy would be proud to call his own.GOOD LUCK.LATER

Because that is his way of telling you that the relationship is over!
It is the cowardly way out.
