It is called the Manhattan sex crimes unit and is part of the District Attorneys office.

The unit's detectives are on call only for two of the three shifts of the day. Regular detectives handle the third shift, but all reports are managed or prosecuted through the sex crimes unit.

Are you a police officer? Is it hard to ask around in your department? What kind of boneheads are they? I hope the whole bunch of you straighten up if you cannot keep track of your own functions. Maybe check a library where the people actually know what they are doing.
