When women says no, it means they want to say yes?

It's true, women sometimes lie to play "hard to get." It's kind of a sometimes used rule to reject a guy a bit at the beginning or say you have plans when really you don't. Personally, I've never done this, and I don't think it's right, but I know lots of people do! It's safer to just go by what she says. If she says no, she means no. That way you will avoid getting slapped in the face.
