Can you read the speedo? If not you should wear special glasses.
Also I hope to clear up some confusion about what long sight or far sightedness (the same thing) is, basically it means you have difficulty seeing things clearly that are close to you, so long distance is fine close distance is difficult, thats why I asked if they could read the speedo.

If your vision is blurry at distance but not near, you are most likely nearsighted. At first, you will probably just need to wear the glasses for distance--reading the board, watching TV maybe. You probably won't need them for reading or computer work, and it may be uncomfortable to wear them for these activities. The doctor will let you know when you should wear them if you do get glasses. Usually nearsightedness will progress through the teens and stabilize in the twenties, so you may need to wear them more often in the future. Glasses do not improve your vision; they allow you to see clearly while you wear them. This is just some basic information about nearsightedness, and there's no way to know if you are nearsighted or need glasses without an eye exam. Just listen to your doctor. :)

glasses fix what part of vision u have trouble with whether its short or long ways. keep them on all time for 100 percent perfect vison but if its just for reading things u dont need to wear them that much

No! It is much safer and easier to get a prescription windscreen! Then you don't need to wear glasses when you drive. You can order them at most good opticians and have them fitted at your local garage.

blueberries & green tea help the eyes to see much better
