He conspired against nation in attack on parliament and now some people want him not to be hanged, why?
Is his crime so trivial?
Do they want to encourage such attacks?
Or are they sure that once death penalty is converted into life imprisonment, militants can get him released by hijacking a plan again?

Because he is not involved in the alleged Terrorist attack on Parliament. The alleged Terrorist attack on Parliament is conspirated one by the then Central Government, viz., NDA government. It has been proved that 9/11 was conspirated by U.S. Government. Remember immediately after 9/11 the BJP lead N.D.A. Government depicted (1) Terrorist Attack on Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, (2) Terrorist Attack on Parliament, (3) Terrorist Attack on Akshardham Mandir and so on. Remember in all these cases the alleged terrorists not committed any terrorist act on the spot, but simply they get died as if they came their to just get die in so called encounters. No doubt All these attacks are conspiracy against our nation, but real culprits behind are our political leaders, who have been conspirated with C.I.A., and I.S.I., Remember every time Mr. L.K. Advani gave 2/3 days prior information about these incidents. In fact re-investigation should be made in all these cases and real culprits should be punished.
It is not possible for I.S.I., or C.I.A., and the Terrorists group to commit such attacks in our country, without any involvement of our political parties and political leaders. They are the main players and main culprits. They are to be pulled out.
Remember Mr. L.K. Advani and other Sangh Parivar Leaders number of time visited Israel and they have learnt these lessons their, by the jews.

As for as the Court decisions are concern they are to be respected. Courts have seen what has been shown. In fact the courts have been mislead, by the prosecution.
I think this is the grievance, due to which Afzal Gru do not want plead pardon.

Because
- he was not given a fair trail,
- situation would get more complicated in kashmir after he in sent to gallows,
- they want India not to repeat its mistake when Maqbool Bhat was hanged ( & u might b knowing wat happened thereafter),
-giving death penalty is no solution,
- and last, but not the least he might b innocent!!!!!!!!!!
