You need to explain this a bit more.

The result of Adam's sin was to literally enslave mankind forever under Satan, who was given the power of death, which is the ultimate penalty for sin.

As a result every human is born dedicated to Satan, and liable to die.

By his death and resurrection Jesus made it possible for anyone to escape from slavery by swearing faithful allegiance to him, conquering death in the process.

Adam and Eves sin was disobedience.

Eve through deception, Adam by outright knowing disobedience. If Adam did not already have sin nature before the disobedience, he could not have sinned knowingly and the bible states he sinned knowingly.

So, yes, we all disobey God using both means, thus we inherited not only the sin of disobedience, but the punishment as well.
