no, you're kinda small.
Being only an inch or so bigger (6"1/2""), I should be 185 at optimum weight. I'm much heavier,so I know my problem. Yours is that you are too thin. Use some weight gainer or eat some pasta while working out to build solid mass in order to achieve goal weight (dont just eat to get fat).
Also, keep in mind that if you have a small, narrow frame, your weight might not be so bad. The "ideal" weights put out are based on a number of unrealistic assumptions. (again, I'm not justifying my own weight trouble; that's all my fault)
