What is this rash on my foot?

It's on top and on bottom,I been having it for months, it bubbles up a little and itches like crazy. What is it and how do I get rid of it.

it looks like athletes foot, or another fungus. Try an antifungal, like tenactin

Have you tried putting athletes foot cream or powder or spray on it.

could be related to the liver and/or kidneys....seek a docs opinion, especially if it is not going away.
