I have recenly gained a bit.. I weighed 145 lbs in high school and was vain and conceited. I now weigh 198 lbs. I am a bit flabby but am mostly still solid. I dont know if its in my head or if he really feels that way, but its like hes not as attracted to me. I used to not be able to come in the room with out getting a smack on the butt. Now he asks me for some tea. LOL We have been together for 8 years am I tripping?

My wife is 260 lbs I love her dearly. However, and this is difficult to say, I would really appreciate some weight loss. If the guy is flabby then go ahead and be flabby, but if the guy is athletic, ahhh hell it's just too damb complicated. I will go to the grave being married to this woman. However, I think with her obesity, she'll beat me to it. You want an honest opinion from someone whose in the same situation. Lose the weight. Love without passion sucks!

A huge majority of men get aroused by visual stimulation. It's a biological and psychological fact. It's nice to read things such as with true love it shouldn't matter and things along those lines, but in most situations, that's not the reality. It also depends on how tall a woman is and where the weight is gained. If a woman 5 feet inches tall gained 50 lbs it would have a much more impact on her body shape then a woman who is 5 feet 10 inches tall. Though 198 pounds is pretty heavy, even for a woman 6 feet tall.

I'm not going to speak for all men and we all have different tastes, so I'll give you my personal opinion. Clearly he's not going to be attracted to you like he was when you were 145 pounds. That's just a fact. But you may be trippin'. How is the sex? How is the rest of your relationship? Those are better indications of how his attraction to you might be. For some men, if they are deeply in love with their woman, the weight really isn't that much of an issue. But for most men it is. I don't know which kind your significant other is.

Personally if anyone I was with gained that much weight and it was not due to a medical condition, we'd have to have a heart to heart talk about it because I work out 3-5 times a week and take care of myself and I expect my partner to do the same. If the sex is still good and the relationship is all good, then it might be in your head.

My wife put on 75 pounds in the first 6 months of our marriage, She was 120 for the 3 years before. I adjusted, but it took a while, so don't quit. Way too many people take off after the first bump in the road these days. If you couldn't see this coming, which I believe is the case here, we'll send you the brochure Do some work on the weight, unless you plan on giving up your sex life. That is the way it is, but don't expect your man to give up his, that would be a bit naiive, understand?--See you at the gym. luv, R

50 is a little more than a "bit" but it really depends on how he feels about you. A big part also is if YOU don't feel attractive he may pick up on that vibe. Have you started wearing granny panties instead of cute underwear, etc. Frederick's of Hollywood has some pretty big sizes.

198 pounds is OVERWEIGHT for a female. If I were you, start going back to the gym and work off the weight. If you don't do it soon, you will find it much harder to lose the weight when you get older and your metabolism starts to slow dramatically.

Get back your figure or else you will lose it FOREVER, especially if you are overweight and have a baby, your chances of losing the fat is slim.

Here's clue, 50 lbs. is not a little weight. Go on a diet and start running it off, this is just unhealthy.

If you said, 5,9, 11,15 or even 20 lbs. I would say you were close to the word (Little).

It does matter.

In the beginning, sex is a very important part. Now to him it's probably settling down with you and enjoying a peaceful night.

Come on you are pushing two bucks, yes we say it is ok. but it grosses us out, it's not LIKE he is not attracted to you, it is that he IS not attracted to you. sorry to be so blunt but you can do something about it if you desire. heck 145 was probably too fat. unless you are five foot eleven. so deal with it.

Yeah, next you know you'll get that comfortable hair cut to look like his buddy.
Go on a diet. Why not look like the girl he married and not his buddy!
