Honestly, No I never have. I have used a panty liner once, when I was drinking a lot of water on a long car trip. My brother in law was the driver, who hates to stop. I just didn't want pee pee, in the tiniest bit in my pants, 14 hour drive. He stopped, but usually, it was after, you expressed that you reeeally had to go. And sometimes, you can't always find an exit for several miles. That is it. But no Adult Diapers. Good Luck

Once when My cousin and I were about twelve we used big thick maxi pads for a trip across the country. We know our fathers would make us wait till we exploded so we used them to pee in. It helped. Although, now.......I don't think I would consider this for a ball game or for heavy drinking. that's just silly. And hiking? there's alway a bush or tree somewhere.

To use this method instead of a rest room. No. But I have been sick where I cough so hard I had warn pads just not to soil myself. I'm sure as I age this could be a problem and if needed I would for hygiene.
